Our Community Equipment Service is checking that all prescriber details are up to date on TCES. Following recent changes in portfolios, together with cleansing around new starters and leavers, we are aware that the information currently being held may not be fully accurate.
It is the responsibility of all prescribers to ensure that their contact details (name, telephone number, role, team) are updated with any changes in a timely manner, in order to maintain full, accurate records ensuring safe patient care, continuity of service and legal compliance. This will support prompt communication on the progress of your referrals and assist with service improvements in respect of accurate audits and activity data.
