The CQC Team extracts each quarters Self Assessment data from AMaT at the start of the following quarter for onward reporting to the Executive Nurse team and Executive Board including:

  • Compliance percentages
  • Identifying which services did not complete their Self Assessment during the previous month
  • Identifying questions most frequently answered No and N/A by services to ascertain areas requiring further support
  • Identifying questions most frequently answered Good Plus by services to ascertain areas of good practice where learning can be shared.
