The CQC Team manually extracts the Self Assessment data for each team in the Trust from AMaT at the start of each new calendar month for onward reporting to the Executive Nurse team and Executive Board including:

  • Compliance percentages
  • Identifying questions answered No and N/A by teams
  • Identifying which teams did not complete their Self Assessment during the previous month
  • Collating the Top 5 questions answered No and N/A in each domain Trust wide to gather themes

If you have any queries regarding the Self Assessment questions then firstly liaise with your Divisional and Service Line Leads who will then liaise with the CQCTeam if required.
