The Operational Transformation Programme is led by Leigh Thompson, Director of Integration, Transformation and Partnerships.
Two of the programmes (Urgent and Intermediate Care) currently sit under the direction and leadership of Lee Taylor, Director of Operations to align more closely with the operational teams, change requirements and the Urgent and Emergency Care Improvement Plan required from the Newton Diagnostic work.
A Strategic Transformation Oversight group will monitor the progress of the work streams and includes representatives from across the organisation.
