About the Digital Training Service

The Digital Training Hub provides guidance on accessing the digital training required to support your role. You'll find:

  • IM Online Learning is where you will find eLearning courses and training resources.

This section is designed to ensure you have everything you need to successfully complete your training and get the support you require on the following systems and applications:

  • Rio
  • EPMA
  • PACIS
  • EMIS Web
  • Microsoft 365
  • Dragon Dictation
  • iPad Draw to Text

This section will include a catalogue of eLearning courses and training resources for various training topics. It will offer easy access to online learning resources and quick reference guides.

Use our electronic booking system to find a suitable date for your training

After booking a course, ensure you accept the invitation so the trainer knows you have received the link to the training session. You will access your training via your Outlook calendar.

Community Care EMIS Web Training

  • Please make sure you, 'the delegate', have your username and password for EMIS Web before this training request form is completed.
  • Once the request form has been completed, it is automatically sent back to the training service, who will contact the requester and delegate with their training booking details.
  • Please make sure mark any unavailable dates, as a training date will be booked for you based on the information provided.

Important: 

  • Training needs to take place on a computer or laptop and have access to a headset and microphone. Mobile phones or tablets cannot be used for training. 

  • If your training is using hurdle, please install hurdle on your desktop or within the menu.

  • For Rio courses, please complete all relevant eLearning before the Rio virtual session.

Sandpit is an environment to use before or after training.

Please ensure you are logged out of Rio Live before accessing the sandpit environment and only use the Rio numbers of the test clients within the sandpit.
