Invitation to contribute to an anonymous culture review
Workforce Challenge Partners are independent reviewers who have been appointed to undertake a culture review of our organisation. They’re working with the Trust Board of Directors to make sure that the review aligns and complements ongoing work to meet CQC well led standards.
The review aims to better understand the lived experiences, behaviours and dynamics that are shaping our current culture. Their approach is grounded in the principles of a restorative just culture and prioritising learning, reflection and improvement over blame.
We value your insights and would like you to share your views so they can gain a better understanding of our organisational culture and how it supports safe, effective and compassionate care.
We’re inviting colleagues across all roles and services to confidentially share their honest views about how things feel day to day, what’s working well, what could improve and how our culture supports (or hinders) the delivery of quality care.
What is involved?
- 5 to 10 minutes to complete the survey
- Your insights will remain confidential and will be grouped anonymously
- You do not need to prepare anything in advance.
The survey is here for completion and will close on 22 August 2025.
What happens next?
When the survey closes, your anonymous responses will form a report that will be delivered to the Trust Board of Directors with recommendations for action. An update will be provided through staff communication channels. Please note that any examples or personal experiences shared will be collected as part of this survey and remain anonymous. Remember to continue to raise concerns through Radar or Freedom to Speak Up, as appropriate.
