Due to a clash in payroll processing dates with weekly and monthly payroll, we must bring the deadline forward for finalisation and locking down of all bank shifts to 8:30am on Monday, 18 November 2024, this change impacts hours worked 11 to 17 November to be paid Friday, 22 November 2024.
Any bank shifts not finalised and locked by 8am will miss the weekly payroll and will be processed for pay the following Friday 29 November 2024.
Unfortunately, there is no flexibility in this deadline and no options to submit late to payroll due to this, our payroll provider is unable to process advances for weekly pay.
Please note, new starters including new bank assignments, roster fails, late submissions and retro pay arrears will not be processed for payment during this pay period. These transactions will be processed the following week for payment on Friday, 29 November 2024.
