An update to terrorism threat levels

The Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre (JTAC) has changed the UK national terrorism threat level from substantial to severe. This is a precautionary measure, based on the latest intelligence and reflects the national assessment of threat likelihood, rather than intelligence relating to any specific location, target, or timeframe.

Nominations for the annual Chief Allied Health Professions Officer (CAHPO) Awards for England are now open and will close at 11.59pm on Sunday 31 May. The CAHPO Awards are a unique opportunity for allied health professionals (AHPs) working in England in health or social care to receive recognition for their personal contributions towards delivery of exceptional care for patients.

Indigo library closure
8 May 2026
The library at indigo will be closed from 5pm Friday, 8 May until at least 8.30am Monday, 18 May to allow planned building work to take place. Online services will continue to be available, as will the libraries at Hollins Park and Rathbone Hospitals. Apologies for the inconvenience.
