Our Organisational Effectiveness team leads the way

    27 November 2025

Congratulations to our Organisational Effectiveness Team, earlier this week they won the Best Public Organisation Award at the national Business Culture Awards. This prestigious award recognises the team’s outstanding work in cultural innovation and the development of an assessment and triage model. In addition to this achievement, the team were also shortlisted for the Best Employee Initiative for the ‘Your Voice Your Change’ methodology which we have used to listen to our workforce in a more in depth way rather than the use of traditional surveys. The Business Culture Awards highlight how a strong culture can drive performance, resilience and innovation. Congratulations!
