New Creating Good Wellbeing Cultures resources are now available to support line managers in having earlier, more effective conversations about staff health and wellbeing.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, the theme of ‘action’ reminds us that real change happens when we turn conversations into meaningful support. With that in mind, we wanted to take this opportunity to reintroduce ourselves, offer a warm welcome to new colleagues, and share a little more about the work we do to support service users, patients and staff across Mersey Care.
