UKHSA Meningitis update

Charity Impact: Supporting end of life care and bereavement for patients and their families

In our new impact series, we’re showcasing how Mersey Cares supports patients, families and staff. Working with the Palliative Care Team and District Nurses, charitable funding has provided resources to help families through grief and aided staff in delivering compassionate end of life care.
