Alignment of religious calendars in 2026

New booking system for clinic and meeting rooms

A new system is being introduced for booking meeting rooms and clinical space across the Trust. The new system is designed to give users an improved experience and a clearer view of what space is available. The purpose of this transition is to migrate the system to a newer version of SharePoint for IT security purposes.

Hartley Hospital Door Access Migration – 10 March 2026 from 8.30am

On Tuesday 10 March 2026 starting at 08:30 am, all Net2 Doors at Hartley Hospital will be migrated to a new server as part of a wider review of standardisation of access levels across all sites and improve Building Security.
