Our Services dashboard
Do you use business intelligence (BI) reports to find data about referrals, contacts, patient access (wait times), or admissions and discharges?
Core service activity metrics are now available in the Our Services dashboard.
- Referrals (incl. received, active, closed)
- Contacts (incl. booked, attended, DNA, cancelled)
- Patient Access (incl. first contact and follow-up targets)
- Admissions, Discharges, Ward Stays, Episodes
Over coming months, the report will expand to cover additional data for topics such as occupancy, caseloads, response times, and clinical assessments, as well as service-specific reporting.
The new dashboard should be a more flexible and joined-up way for you to access the data that you need. If you’ve got any suggestions to improve the functionality and design, we’d like to hear from you – please share feedback with your Performance Business Partner or contact us on the BI Hub.
If you’re new to YourInsights dashboards, we’d recommend that you start by reviewing the introduction on YourSpace, followed by the user guide and FAQs.
If you’re already using the Our People dashboard, then you should find the layout and functionality familiar. An overview of new features for Our Services specifically can be found next to other user guides and FAQs on the BI Hub.
If you’re currently using R397 or R1300, please be aware that these reports will remain available until we are satisfied (via feedback) that the Our Services report is a suitable replacement. Advance warning will be communicated on those reports before any scheduled removal.
Evaluation and feedback surveys will be circulated by email to Our Services report users later this month – keep an eye out in your inbox.
Integrated Metrics dashboard
Do you want to view metrics from Our People and Our Services dashboards on the same screen? Check out the “Integrated Metrics” dashboard on YourInsights, which has been built with the same design and layout.
A short intro to this report is included in the user guides and FAQs
