Pre-referral form – supporting a good wellbeing culture and Occupational Health referrals
From Monday, 16 June, when you log into OPAS G2 (Civica Occupational Health) to create a new management referral, you will automatically access a new pre-referral form as part of a pilot running until July.
The form consists of 7 questions, designed to guide managers to the best available support - which might not always be an Occupational Health referral.
The aim of the pre-referral form is to better support both managers and their teams.
Working with Civica (OPAS G2) we've created a process to help you identify if an Occupational Health (OH) referral is necessary, or if there is an alternative solution which might be more appopriate.
Managers who test the pre-referral form will receive a notification asking for feedback and suggestions.
