Healthy Eating Week is all about supporting and promoting healthier lifestyles and this years’ theme is Healthy Eating Week - for everyone! The week runs from 12 to 16 June.
Our Health and Wellbeing team are hosting numerous events throughout the week.

Wednesday 14 June | 6pm | Food for thought. Evening weightloss programee |
Thursday 15 June | 12pm | Focus on fibre. How to get more fibre in your diet |
Friday 16 June | 2pm | Vary your protein. Get the facts on protein and find out how you can get enough protein |
