Healthy Eating Week is all about supporting and promoting healthier lifestyles and this years’ theme is Healthy Eating Week - for everyone! The week runs from 12 to 16 June.

Our Health and Wellbeing team are hosting numerous events throughout the week.

Monday 12 June 11am Food for thought. Daytime weightloss programme
Tuesday 13 June 10am Get at least your five a day. Learn what counts towards youre recommended daily intake of fruit and vegtables
Wednesday 14 June 6pm Food for thought. Evening weightloss programee
Thursday 15 June  12pm Focus on fibre. How to get more fibre in your diet
Friday 16 June 2pm Vary your protein. Get the facts on protein and find out how you can get enough protein
