These new group sessions developed by Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services are designed to support you to eat well. Launching during Nutrition & Hydration Week, they purpose to provide information about how our eating habits can affect our wellbeing and also provide practical advice for the small changes we can make to eat healthier.
There's several themed sessions planned and the dates and learning outcomes for each, can be seen below. The sessions are designed to be concise, covering the key points. Questions and group interaction welcomed.
Learning outcomes:
- Understand the different types of dietary fat, and the effects they have on health
- How fat is ‘low fat’?
- How to reduce fat content in your diet.

The groups will be run by our team of Health and Wellbeing Facilitators whom have previous experience of running group based programmes of this type and have the knowledge to provide the appropriate advice to support your wellbeing.
