These group sessions developed by Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services are designed to support you to eat well.

The purpose of the sessions is to provide information about how our eating habits can affect our wellbeing and also provide practical advice for the small changes we can make to eat healthier.

There's several themed sessions and learning outcomes for each, can be seen below. The sessions are designed to be concise, covering the key points. Questions and group interaction welcomed. There's also our Food for thought, weight management programme designed to support your weight loss goals.

Learning outcomes:

  • How much fruit and vegetables are recommended?
  • How to increase fruit and vegetables in our diet.

The groups will be run by our team of Health and Wellbeing Facilitators whom have previous experience of running group based programmes of this type and have the knowledge to provide the appropriate advice to support your wellbeing.

The content for the sessions has been developed in accordance with government recommendations on eating healthily and achieving a balanced diet, The Eatwell Guide.
