A mental health crisis means you may no longer feel as though you are in control over your situation. You may feel great emotional distress or anxiety.
We have gathered some information for you if you need urgent help, you can call one of our 24/7 crisis lines for free.
Liverpool and Sefton

The Life Rooms is available to anyone 18+ and you can self refer or be referred by a health professional.
They are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and offer:
- Online staying well at home learning courses
- Pathway advisors who can support and advise with debt management, employment, housing issues, benefits and more
- Social inclusion advice for isolated community groups.
