We are launching a consultation with our band 2 and band 3 phlebotomists across the Community Care Division as part of an organisational change to offer them the opportunity to adopt a new band 3 job description.

We are holding a series of engagement events starting on 5 September and running until the end of September to support staff in understanding how these changes affect them.

The staff wellbeing hub is the Trust's home for all wellbeing information to support its workforce. The hub is part of our Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services' wellbeing offer.

Looking after ourselves and supporting our colleagues are two of the most important things we can do to enable us to continue to provide the best care for our service users.

The hub is a live and evolving portal for all things staff wellbeing. The hub aims to support staff by signposting to information, advice, tips and specialist services.

Supporting you to stay well

Looking after our mental and physical health is really important, but with busy lives it’s sometimes easy to put our own health needs last.

Here at Mersey Care, there are ways we can help you to get the support you need to feel better and stay well.

There’s lots of help available, from online resources to physio appointments, so here’s a reminder of what we have to offer: Supporting you to stay well :: YourSpace Mersey Care

The local Staff Side is made up of a number of Unions and Associations that have an agreement with Mersey Care NHS Trust and recognise the benefits of working in partnership for all staff but more importantly for service users. Find out more: Staff Side :: YourSpace Mersey Care
