The recruitment team have issued some reminders and updates for colleagues involved in the recruitment process including mandatory training and recruitment process training:

Mandatory Recruitment Training

To uphold our Trust values and ensure best practice in recruitment, mandatory training is required for all colleagues involved in the recruitment process. Please ensure you meet the following requirements:

Values Based Interview Training

  • Interview Panel Chairs
    Deadline: 31 March 2025
    Colleagues who have not completed this training cannot chair interview panels until training has been completed.
  • All Interviewers
    Deadline: 30 September 2025
  • Colleagues who have not completed this training cannot take part in interviews until training has been completed.

Section 3: Personal and People Development

Course title: 350-Values Based Interview Training

Recruitment Process Training

  • All colleagues involved in recruitment and Trac users
  • Deadline: 30 September 2025
  • Colleagues who have not completed this training cannot participate in the recruitment process until training has been completed.
