Earlier this week, our staff networks joined together as a recognition of the work they’ve done.
Our Executive Directors Noir Thomas, Amanda Oates and Elaine Darbyshire joined the celebrations, thanking the networks for their amazing contributions to Mersey Care.
Staff from all Staff Networks attended the event, including Multi-Ethnic Colleagues Network, LGBTQ+ Staff Network, Ability First Staff Network, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia Staff Network, Women’s Network and Armed Force Staff Network.
Networks allies were also present, including Equality Diversity and Inclusion, Freedom To Speak Up, People Promise, Staff Side, Unions and Organisational Effectiveness.
