On the 26 June, Rose Ayling-Ellis: Signs for Change, will be broadcast on BBC1 at 9pm. The documentary will highlight what still needs to be done to champion those with hearing loss. This one off film looks at the difficulties faced by people who are deaf, while Rose also explores the varied means of communication that are available to them.
Our Chair, Rosie Cooper was interviewed and forms an important part of the story, she recently donated some items linked to her work on the BSL Bill which are now on display at the Liverpool Museum.
