Due to an ongoing issue with some calls failing during transfer we need to implement an emergency change tonight, Wednesday, 8 January 2025 between 10pm and 10.05pm
The change should only take one to two minutes to complete but any outbound calls being initiated at the same time (10pm) are likely to fail. Should this happen, please wait a minute and re-dial and your call should go through as normal.
Any existing calls already connected at 10pm should be unaffected.
