All locations holding medicines and medicated dressing currently complete an audit on Amat.
The Medicines Management Team will be carrying out the next quarterly audit on the safe and secure handling of medicines in all locations across the Trust holding medicines and medicated dressings.
A member of the Medicines Management team will visit the locations and complete the audit on site starting April 2024.
A member of staff will be asked to provide evidence for compliance some of the standards.
Individual Teams will not need to complete the audit themselves this quarter but will continue to submit data from quarter 2.
