Following feedback, we have created a new RJLC programme that will be delivered via teams. The training includes our journey so far, how we can be ambassadors in our team and the additional subject. Further training on the 4 Step Process and Restorative Conversations are also available for managers and leaders through our Arrive and Strive Programmes.
