Our Operational Plan for 2026 to 2027 sets out our priorities for the year ahead and how we will continue to improve care for our patients, service users, carers and communities. The plan focuses on delivering safer, more consistent and effective services, supporting our staff, reducing unwarranted variation, improving access and flow, and making the best use of our resources.
It also explains how we will support whole person care, prevention, digital transformation, partnership working, research and innovation — all aligned to our Strategic Framework and the NHS 10 Year Health Plan.
