We are proud to be taking part in the 5 Day Race Equality Matters Challenge, designed to spark meaningful conversations and drive action. Check out our table of events to find out ways to get involved.

This year’s theme for Race Equality Week is 'change needs all of us'- a powerful reminder that creating an inclusive and equitable workplace is our collective responsibility.

To support this, we will host 30 minute online reflection sessions each day which will discuss the following topics: stereotyping, the bystander effect, how communication styles lead to misunderstanding, the allyship gap and the big promise.

There will also be online reflective practice sessions hosted by Nafsiyat Intercultural Therapy Centre, two of the sessions will be a safe space for multi ethnic colleagues and two of the sessions will be a safe space for allies.

Please join us throughout the week. Your voice matters. Your actions matter.
