We would like to remind staff to remain extra vigilant when allowing access in and out of any building. All visitors should be able to state their reason for being onsite and who they are there to see before signing in to the visitors’ book/log.
Staff should wear their ID badge at all times. Anyone in the building who doesn’t have a staff ID or a visitor’s badge should be politely challenged as to where they are going and chaperoned to their destination.
If an individual is not able to articulate the reason they are on site, they should be asked to leave immediately. Any concerns should be escalated via your line manager/on call manager if required.
