What you need to do:

Joanne Fowlis, Head of Safety and Security has authorised for an export of all staff who have accessed the MHP buildings listed above for the last 90 day.  Exported Staff information will be reviewed by Site Managers / Team Leaders and migrated as part of the upgrade, so staff who have accessed the Buildings and areas above using an MCT ID Card within the last 90 days will not need to do anything.

Please note:

  • Access to all MCT Net2 Buildings will only be allowed via a valid MCT ID Card.
  • Smartcards will no longer provide access to buildings
  • If you are not based out of the MHP Buildings listed above and only attend infrequently or for meetings, then please do not request access.
  • Visitor passes that are being used for General Building access will be disabled and require approval from and MCT Site Managers If you are using visitor passes to gain access you will need to request your own ID Badge via YourSpace: ID badge and access requests :: YourSpace Mersey Care

If you have any access queries once the upgrade has taken place, please email Julie Mealey, Project Manager.

From Monday 30 March 2026, any questions or queries to door access will need to be reported to: ID.Badgerequests@merseycare.nhs.uk
