Patient Safety Incident Response Framework drop in sessions

The new incident response framework will be implemented from 1 April 2023. The Trust’s plan and policy will be presented to Board of Directors for approval on 16 January 2023. 

We will host drop in sessions now until implementation each week, which can be found below, there is no need to book. In these sessions, you will hear the latest updates and have the opportunity to ask questions in the Q&A.
