Over the coming weeks members of the Centre for Perfect Care (CfPC) will be visiting our inpatient units speaking to staff about their experiences of raising concerns over issues relating to patient or staff safety. The CfPC team will be encouraging staff to speak to them anonymously in an effort to gain a better understanding of how easy it is, or not, for staff to raise concerns and explore how our processes may be improved.
Inpatient unit managers will shortly be receiving dates as to when these visits will take place and will be asked to share them with staff locally. The visits will start in the Mental Health Care Division towards the end of May and then our other inpatient sites before engaging with our wider workforce.
