This autumn, 4328 of our Mersey Care colleagues completed the 2023 NHS Staff Survey. The results were published in March and you can view a summary of what they told us on YourSpace.
Overall, the results were pleasing in some areas but in others remained static. We saw significant improvement in two key People Promise themes, that is: We are recognised and rewarded and We are always learning. However, we can also see from your feedback that there are some areas we need to continue to work on.

The NHS Staff Survey gives our people the opportunity to be heard locally and nationally, in line with the NHS People Promise - we each have a voice that counts. Your feedback has provided us with valuable information on how you feel about working for us. Thank you once again to those of you who took the time to share your views.
