We have been asked to share the following survey with all staff for feedback on behalf of the North West BAME Assembly. The Assembly have commissioned an external organisation called Liberating Knowledge to conduct the evaluation of the North West Anti-Racist Framework which is the region-wide initiative aimed at tackling structural racism and creating anti-racist cultures within organisations and systems. The trust successfully applied for and received our Bronze Level recognition under the scheme in November last year, we are working towards Silver.
The survey aims to capture baseline data on how anti-racism work is being integrated within organisations, what progress is being made, and what challenges remain.
The survey takes no more than 10 minutes to complete and the insights gathered will directly inform recommendations for practice and policy development.
