It’s fantastic that we have already achieved last year’s final Staff Survey response rate of 39% - thank you to everyone who has completed so far! We still have time to make sure our results are reflective of everyone as the Survey remains open until 5pm on Friday, 29 November.
This week, divisional teams with the highest increase in response rates (between Thursday, 14 November and Thursday, 21 November) will receive a tea and coffee hamper, and all teams with a final response rate of 75% or more will be entered into our final team draw to win £5 coffee shop vouchers for each team member. Additionally, all colleagues who complete the survey can enter the prize draw for an iPad, Smartwatch, £50 restaurant vouchers, and a complementary lunch for two at BSK Liverpool!
Please note: All colleagues entering Staff Survey prize draws provide consent to their name being shared with the Trust if they win (for prize giving purposes). Winners are announced in Trust communications only with permission. All survey responses remain confidential and this is protected at all times by our external survey provider.
