What you’ve told us so far
Our most recent People Pulse (January 2026) and NHS Staff Survey (2025) results show a mixed picture. It’s clear the changes taking place across the NHS nationally are impacting on staff experience.
Mersey Care continues to perform strongly compared to other Trusts. We rank first in the region for teamworking, inclusion, and reward and recognition, and second for staff motivation, health and safety climate, and lower levels of burnout. Thank you for your continued commitment and compassion.
As we continue to review your feedback, including anonymised free text comments which have been recently received, we encourage you to look at the results for your own area.
Teams with ten or more responses can view their results on YourInsights*, and support is available through the L&D Prospectus, including a Staff Engagement Lunch and Learn session (section 3).

Voices Heard, Actions Taken – always learning
Your feedback continues to shape real change. Recent actions include the introduction of new neurodiversity training, codeveloped with people with lived experience, to help build more inclusive and supportive workplaces.
Confidentiality
The survey is strictly confidential. Only aggregated results (with more than ten responses) are reported, and no identifiable personal data is shared with the Trust.
