NHS Staff Survey 2024
This People Pulse arrives shortly after our NHS Staff Survey results for 2024 have been published. We’re pleased to see our results show that we are improving, and we are proud to be one of top 5 most improved mental health, learning disability and community Trusts in the country for staff recommending us as a place to work.
We know there is more we can do to build on this moving forward and, while we review the results from a Trust, divisional and service line perspective to agree actions to address the feedback raised, you are strongly encouraged to review the results for the areas closest to you. Teams with ten or more responses now have their results available in a BI report on YourInsights, and the L&D Prospectus (Section 3) offers Staff Survey: From Data to Action sessions throughout April for colleagues who would like to find out more about accessing the results and using them to drive improvement.
Completing the People Pulse
This quarter’s People Pulse is a temperature check which helps us understand which areas of feedback from the NHS Staff Survey are still current and what may have changed. The survey is anonymous and provides us with valuable feedback. Please do take the time to share your views
When completing the survey, make sure you select Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust along with your service line and team, so that your feedback is received by the correct organisation
We have produced guidance on locating your team and our YourSpace: People Pulse page also provides further information.
