From 1 February 2025 people of all ages in Liverpool, Sefton, Warrington, Knowsley, Halton and St Helens should access Mersey Care’s crisis services by calling 111 and selecting the mental health option. Our 0800 numbers will no longer be advertised.
Calls will continue to be answered by a trained mental health professional who will be able to quickly assess the situation and determine whether an urgent referral is required.
