We have developed a raising concerns form that can be used to share any concerns you might have with the Freedom to Speak Up Team.
The form will make it easier for you to raise concerns anonymously as it will not automatically share email addresses or any other contact information unless you choose to do so.
We would obviously like you to feel able to share your contact details with us so we can work with you and gain an understanding of the issues but understand that for many this is a bridge to far .
