A new feature is now available within Rio, which provides a central view of client information called ‘River View’
River View displays recorded information about a client in a useful chronological (date) order, with the most recent information displayed at the top. This provides users with a quick summary view of a client’s record in one central place and reduces the need to look for information in different areas of the Rio EPR system.
You can access River View from the Client Record option in the Rio EPR menu. Please watch our elearning video below for step by step guidance.
