New Copilot Chat course

Would you like to get more out of AI tools, but don't know where to start?

A new course is available which will help you get the most from Copilot Chat.

Microsoft Copilot Chat is a free, approved AI tool for all Mersey Care colleagues, available from the navigation menu in Microsoft Teams.

Please note: other AI tools such as ChatGPT or Otter AI are not approved and must not be used for work purposes.

Go to IM Online Learning and search Copilot Chat.

The course covers how to:

• Access Copilot Chat quickly and easily
• Write effective prompts for better results
• Use practical tips to work more efficiently
• Work with Copilot Chat safely and responsibly

Copilot Chat and Copilot (available with an additional paid license) are currently the only AI tools approved for use within Mersey Care. 

While information shared in Copilot Chat stays secure within the NHS digital network, it is important to:

• Never enter care record data from other systems
• Use the tool in line with data protection best practice
• Carefully check any AI generated content for accuracy.
