As part of the ongoing support for managers across the Trust, we are providing a number of short leadership development sessions.
Aimed at team leaders and operational managers; they are designed to be a refresher on some of the main topics we’re picking up in our work across the divisions, giving attendees some protected time to think about current challenges and some practical tools to help.
All sessions will be held on Microsoft Teams.
