Elevate has been developed in response to workforce data highlighting disparities in career progression for multi ethnic colleagues. It reflects our commitment to inclusion, belonging and being an actively anti-racist organisation, with a clear focus on removing barriers, building confidence and strengthening representation at all levels.
Elevate is not a single programme. It’s a flexible pathway offering tailored support to suit different career stages – whether you’re exploring development, preparing for your next step or returning to leadership.
