Mersey Care Women’s Staff Network is holding an event to celebrate International Women’s Day on 4 March this year.
International Women’s Day (8 March) is a day to celebrate women, their achievements, accomplishments but also recognising the quiet efforts that women do everyday, in every sphere of life. As the Women’s Network we see that we are not all the same, we want to listen, support each other and recognise the things that make it harder and work with the Trust for improvements.
This year the theme for International Women’s Day is Give to Gain. Women often hold many roles and juggle many things, giving time and energy. We want to encourage you to: give a bit of energy to yourself to gain for you.
Come and say hello on the 4 March for our Women’s Network Roadshow and have a little gift from us. The Health and Wellbeing Team will be joining us with information about support and resources available.
We will be at Hollins Park Hospital canteen in the morning and V7 reception area after lunchtime.
