There are many useful features of ESR Supervisor Self Service such as:

  • Access the training matrix for staff to view compliance
  • Access ESR BI for a suite of management dashboards and reports (including staff lists & absence reports)
  • View your teams sickness absence information
  • View and download an absence calendar for your staff/teams
  • Record Return to Work discussions
  • Viewing your Org chart
