We’re delighted to recognise Joanne Stanley, Facilities Management Assistant (Southport) as our Employee of the Month for November 2025.
Joanne was nominated for consistently living our ‘Respect’ value in everything she does. During a visit to Hartley Hospital, Joanne’s warmth and attentiveness stood out immediately. She creates a welcoming, inclusive space in the café, taking time to connect with staff and patients alike - often greeting people by name and making everyone feel genuinely seen.
One nominator shared how Joanne patiently supported an elderly visitor who was struggling, ensuring she felt comfortable and unrushed. These small but meaningful moments add up to something powerful. Joanne brings heart, humanity and a true sense of belonging to the hospital environment and is an absolute credit to the Trust, and we’re proud to celebrate the positive difference she makes every day.
