Congratulations to Jocelyn “Joss” Stamper from the Liverpool Wheelchair Service, our Employee of the Month for December 2025, recognised for living our value of Enthusiasm.
Joss was nominated for going above and beyond to help a patient achieve a personal goal that they feared would no longer be possible following a diagnosis. Working collaboratively with an external supplier, Joss helped develop and arrange a bespoke solution outside standard service provision, enabling the patient to take part in a much-loved annual community event while raising awareness and funds for a cause close to them. Thank you, Joss, for your skill, specialist knowledge and consistent commitment to person-centred support.
