Cervical screening is an important test offered to women and people with a cervix aged between 25 and 64. From 1 July, some women aged 25 to 49 will be invited for cervical screening every 5 years instead of 3. This change is based on strong evidence showing that people without HPV are at very low risk of cervical cancer.
If you missed your last one, book an appointment with your GP.
When invited by the NHS, don’t delay and book your appointment as soon as you can.
