On the last Sunday in October the clocks will move back by one hour to adhere to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
To manage the time change the EPMA system has to be stopped whilst the automatic change of time on the server takes place.
This means that the EPMA system will not be available for the hour that will be repeated i.e. 01:00 until 01:59 on 26 October 2025.
Please ensure that all users are logged out of the EPMA system before 00.50am on 26 October.
If you think that PRN medication may be required during the period of down- time then please print off MAC and MAP reports in advance.
Please share this information with all staff on the ward.
