In 2023, we launched a formal partnership with AccessAble UK, creating over 140 detailed Access Guides for our sites. These guides help visitors access key information about our locations via the Mersey Care website. Each site’s webpage includes a link to its guide, making it easy for service users, carers, and staff to plan their visit.
Several guides have recently been updated, so we’re asking teams to check their service or site to ensure the information is correct.
We also know that some locations are commonly referred to by informal names, which may cause confusion when searching. Since we provided AccessAble with official site names, we’d love to hear from you if you think alternative names should be included.
