Amanda Oates picture 25 Oct 24.jpgAmanda Oates, Chief People and Culture Officer will leave Mersey Care at the end of April 2025 to take up an exciting opportunity and join Professor Sidney Dekker as a Board member of the International Restorative Justice Culture Foundation.

Amanda joined Mersey Care 11 years ago and during her time she has been the driving force behind embedding a Restorative Just and Learning Culture in our organisation, and across the wider NHS.

Amanda has been a strong advocate and instrumental in promoting equality, diversity and inclusion and addressing inequalities, particularly racism and discrimination. Her pioneering work will have a lasting impact on our organisation and the broader NHS.
