The BI Hub is now live and is for all things BI related. The team have been working hard to come up with a solution to make interacting with the Business Intelligence team much simpler.
Launching today, the BI Hub will be your new one-stop-shop for all things BI related. From the Hub you will be able to:
- Request access to reporting
- Log jobs with the team
- Review and manage your open jobs
- Submit general enquires
- Access reporting
There is an ever-growing help repository in the form of a FAQ section and even some walk-through videos, both of which will continue to grow over time to help support you with answering any common questions and visually guiding you through new processes and reporting.
You can access the BI Hub directly by visiting YourSpace > Systems and Tools > Systems and Tools – Mersey Care.
Please note, when existing jobs were migrated across from our old site to the BI Hub, some automated emails have been sent out. You may have received one or more of these emails today, apologies for an confusion this may have caused, please just ignore them.
