Become a Staff Network Lead
We are seeking expressions of interest for Staff Network Chairs, Vice Chairs and committee members to support the development of our Multi Ethnic Colleagues Network, LGBTQ+ Staff Network, Armed Forces Staff Network and Carers' Network.
This reflects network growth, leadership changes and the need to ensure strong, sustainable leadership across all networks. This is an opportunity to strengthen staff voice, increase engagement and support the impact of our networks across the Trust.
No experience is required - we will support you in the role if you have the passion to develop the network agenda.
Build your leadership profile, influence real change and help shape a more inclusive Trust with protected time (for Chairs), development opportunities and a stronger peer network.
